Please note: Orders that include a pre-order item will be shipped on the release day of that item. If you wish to receive your non-preorder items earlier, please place two separate orders. Items are shipped from the UK, so import taxes, customs duties and postal handling fees may apply for international customers. Please check your country shipment laws before ordering. Charges are not included in the book price or shipping costs and may need to be paid before delivery. Dispatched between 3-5 working days. Any questions? Contact enquiries@kkyng.com.
